that's sick!

it's funny that when you work somewhere where people are acutely ill, profoundly confused, or just plain comatosed you notice that a lot of women have a lot of facial hair. full moustache. i never noticed that before working in a hospital. old or young, rich or poor. nobody remembers or thinks or cares enough to shave, pluck, wax, or whatever.



i also think it's funny when i drive past the sign on my way to work that says

"B&M Liquidators"

and i wonder how many people have laughed at that sign. and then i wonder how many of those people have worked in healthcare.
